APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Tastefully decorated 3 room on the second floor. Entrance with hall stand, wardrobe containing washing machine and tumble dryer. Living room with dining nook and access to the balcony, modern open-plan kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine. TV, radio and internet. Double room (two mattresses) with wardrobe, double (two mattresses), a bathroom with tub / sink and toilet, a shower room with sink and toilet, parking garage, pets are not allowed. Attention: no lift in the house and steep steps to the 2nd floor.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The apartment building is located at Via Arona 9 and is 100 meters from the lake. The shops are 300 meters away, the ice rink, cross-country skiing and a training track for the athletic 400 meters (summer), can easily be reached in 5 minutes walking time. The Signal cable railway is easily accessible by bus, the next bus stop is 300 meters away.

Uns war nicht klar, dass bei einer Anreise mit ÖV der Schlüssel auch am Bhf hinterlegt werden kann! Für uns wäre das sehr angenehm gewesen. Die Wohnung entsprach voll unseren Vorstellungen. Die Fotos auf der Homepage geben die Wohnung wahrheitsgetreu wieder. Die abgegebenen Kaffeekapseln passten nicht zur Nespresso-Maschine!
