Nous l'avions entre autre choisi choisi pour sa terrasse et la possibilité de souper dehors, mais nous avons très vite du déchanter car la terrasse n'était ensoleillé qu'une toute petite heure nous permettant juste de prendre l'apéritif. Autre petit soucis, le micro-onde avait une prise électrique défectueuse et le robinet de la cuisine était également défectueux.
