"Keepers cottage was lovely. It is absolutely ideal if you have dogs. There is a large enclosed area where your dogs can run plus there are spacious kennels if you need to go out and leave your dogs. We didnt use this as we took our dogs with us but it was great to have this option. The bedroom, toilet, shower room was downstairs and the living room was up the stairs. There was a lovely balcony leading off from the living room where you could enjoy the views, unfortunately we didnt get much use...

The views were insane ... no matter what the weather they don't disappoint. Location was brilliant. Everything was as described and Emma and team were incredibly responsive. "We had such a great time at Bailiff's Cottage! It was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Cornwall. Fantastic location in the countryside right next to a livestock farm which gave our stay a lovely touch. It was great preparing our meals watching grazing animals right outside the kitchen window! Clean air, noise absence and the beautiful colors of the countryside did the rest! The cottage was perfect for the 5 of us and the garden was a bonus to our border collie who loved playing there with...

"We had a very relaxing week at this comfortable and well-equipped house. The highlight for us was being able to walk out onto the balcony each morning and evening and enjoy the beautiful view over the river. It was the perfect base for getting around this part of Cornwall. We particularly enjoyed the cycle ride to Padstow - a lovely journey, and with the changing tides there was a different view each way. We look forward to staying here again in the future."

"Had a fab stay in bungalow 69 Great location for our holiday plans We went out of school term so it was very quiet too... Very compact inside but it had everything we needed We didnt use the passes that were there or facilities for Hengar manor but a nice option if needed Only improving thing i would suggest is the bungalow number "69" is moved to a more prominent position as its tucked away high and not easy to see above a hugh bush too .. We loved our stay ❤️ Ty paula"

"We had a nice stay at the Sundance Cottage. The place was spacious and very cosy. The kitchen was well equipped, just could maybe use a few updates, i.e sharper knives. The only disatvantage was that it is closer to the road when we expected and there is quite some traffic. Ciuld be a good idea to swip rhe bedrooms and have the master bedroom to the back for less noise."

"Stunning property and gardens, excellent facilities, clean and decorated to an extremely high standard. Everything you could need was provided. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely love to return next year. The 5 star review really doesn't do the property justice. An absolutely beautiful find, if you book to stay here you won't be disappointed."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
