"We were in town for the Bruno Mars Concert! We got there around 4:30pm since check in was around 4pm. Our room was not ready when we got there. We had to wait about until 5:20pm until our room was ready. Which was fine, but we were rushing to get ready for the concert since we got to our room late. Once we got our room it had a very heavy smell of cigarettes. Which made it a little hard for sleeping. We tried to have the door open for a little of it to try and air it out but didn’t seem to help much. Otherwise, the staff were very nice. If the hotel wasn’t fully booked I probably would’ve asked to switch rooms since the smell was so strong. Great location in terms of being close to US bank stadium. We ended up walking to and from the concert."

"The room was very clean. Their restaurant, Stock and Bond is outstanding. The parking is insane. Valet is hit and miss (sometimes they are at the curb for hours and sometimes there is nobody in sight). I bought a 4-day pass and 2 of the days nobody was working the valet station. The parking garage across the street is difficult to notice/find/get into and it is super tight inside and if you don't get the QR code from the hotel staff then you can't get back into garage to retrieve your vehicle. Parking is complicated and time-consuming. But, the hotel itself (rooms, restaurant, lobby, location) are all great."

"The woman with long hair at the desk who checked us in was snippy and unhelpful. Her hair covered her name tag. The rooms are hard worn, water pressure was terrible, doors are dinged, the flip lock on the door was hanging by the screws. No remote in the bedroom for the TV. Had to call for it. The pullout bed had one pillow and the case left for it barely fit it and there should have been two pillows. The blanket was very worn. Parking was tough, double parked cars waiting on 6th for valet so we walked it with kids. The breakfast was very good and the kids enjoyed the pool but at 8:30 am only 3 towels were left to use."

"Hotel was clean overall but wifi was unbelievably slow. The room next door was blasting TV at 2am, so I had to call the front desk. Not sure if maybe the walls are just thin. No complimentary water bottles"

"The parking situation is insane. $50 for valet parking or else you had to walk 4 blocks to self park for $25. Better instructions should be given in advance as to where to go. There was no ice bucket, no freezer, no microwave, bottom of the toilet seat was dirty, crud around the shower door. Breakfast was nowhere near what was described. The view from the room was a brick wall. Very expensive for what was offered. "
