Luxury, modern, high-class fully equipped villa in the very quiet environment at the top row of houses in a large gated complex with all necessary services for up to 17 guests. The villa has a central living room and 7 spacious bedrooms with 8 fully equipped bathrooms and we set and open bedrooms according to the number of guests based on double occupancy. Swimming pool size 8x3.5 meters! The location of the house on the horizon of the coast allows besides breathtaking panoramic view of the azure Caribbean Sea and also comfortable airflow. Come & spend your happy holiday in a peaceful and spacious environment without being bothered by hotel staff. You can enjoy the villa, garden and pool which offer a lot of privacy. We work with damage deposit $500 for the damage and fee for excess consumption of water and electricity. These two fees are charged after your check out based on your consumption which is messured. Electricity consumption in the bedrooms is charged at $0.5/1kWh. Other electricity in the whole house is included in the price. The consumption of 0.5 m3 of water/day/house is included in the price, the fee for excess consumption is $10/1 m3. The property lies on Coral Estate Beach Dive & Wellness Resort in a stunning natural environment. There is a beach which is part of the famous restaurant "Karakter". You can make use of the general pool with our bar & fine dining restaurant "Koraal". For relaxation take a day to go to Spa "8 - the Experience". They offer treatments, massages and different saunas. We offer you an extra cleaning during your stay, which make your holiday very special. You will have the house cleaned, linen and towels changed so You can just enjoy yourself - for just extra 130 dolars (for four persons). We would recommend you to rent a car which is done by most travelers in Curaçao. That way you can easily explore the island (only 60 km in length) and get the most out of many activities, beaches and places to go and see. Coral Estate is located in the middle of the island and 20 minutes away from the airport. Great communication before and during our stay. Olga is an absolute star, who knows this house inside and out and never hesitated to provide help and valuable information. We would not hesitate to come back and I can safely say that this was one of the best houses we have ever rented. The location was perfect for our needs and allowed us to easily reach all the spots on the western side, as well as a few east of Willemstad. Our stay here was absolutely amazing! From the first moment that you enter the house, you are met with stunning views of the ocean and the coastline! Honestly, it's breathtaking! The property was clean and very well prepared for our weeklong stay. We were met by Olga who is the property manager. She was very knowledgeable on the property and the island and tended to us in whatever ways we needed. We also opted to have her come and cook a big breakfast for our group on the day of our wedding and it was amazing! Passionfruit juice, coffee, bread in all forms, salmon, and Greek yogurt with oats and fresh honey! I was blown away from this property and all that it has to offer! There are stunning views from every room in the house and the pool and surrounding outdoor area is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the island with friends. We had the most wonderful week!! Beautiful house, well kept, LOCATION!!. Views were out of this world. We loved being in the central part of the island with easy access to all of the beaches and activities. We enjoyed having access to the resort for restaurants, pizza and coffee. The only issue we had was the construction going on next door. The workers were very loud throughout the entire week - drilling, trucks, and conversation. We were warned of this ahead of time and provided late check out and an extra cleaning. We understand this is completely out of the home owner's ability to change!As mentioned many times in other reviews - Olga is an absolute GEM! She cooks, cleans and even grocery shops! She went WAY over and above for us - my son was sick and I asked her to recommend an urgent care option for him since it was late. I knew he needed an antibiotic since his symptoms were in line with the last time he had strep throat. The only option at that time was the hospital and after a very frustrating 4 hours, they refused to test him or provide the medication. Olga checked in with us in the morning to see how he was and when she heard the experience we had she came to the house, picked us up, drove us to her personal doctor, waited while we were seen, drove us to the pharmacy to get the prescription and drove us home. Our family enjoyed this house with the amazing ocean views! We had 10 people consisting of two sets of grandparents, me and my husband, and then four young adults (ages 16-21). We had five bedrooms opened up for us (selecting the ocean facing options) and everyone had plenty of space to spread out.For anyone traveling in December, don't be scared by the "rainy season". For us, that meant one night of storms from midnight - 3 am and literally a few splashes of raindrops one day while we were in the ocean.However, be aware that the mosquitos are bad during rainy season on the island. Listen when Olga says to close up the bedroom windows at a certain time (or just leave them closed). We only ran the AC in the rooms from about 8 pm until we woke up and the electric bill wasn't too substantial.Speaking of Olga, she was great! She provided our initial tour and was also readily available if we had questions and responded very quickly.The kitchen area is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We had a wonderful time staying with a group of 10 at theGroup & Family House Galant Curaçao from March 12-18, 2024\. We rented the house and used all 7 bedrooms. This worked out perfectly for our group, as everyone had their own space and their own bathrooms. We were a bit worried about going over on the electric and water, but we actually came in under. That is probably because I was constantly reminding everyone. Most night everyone used the AC, but we were careful to shut it off. We spent a lot of time out of the house, so that probably helped keep the cost down. We were thankful to receive from the host in advance very detailed info about the house, location, things to do, restaurants, etc. This helped us plan ahead since none of us had traveled to Curaçao before. The house is in a very nice gated community. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and breakfast our last morning and it was a little pricey but very nice. We did not use the beach, as it is man made and quite small. There are much nicer beaches within a short drive. Driving there is pretty easy. We would definitely recommend this house for a large group. It was very nice with an amazing view! ##### Amanda F. But ... the house needs some work and updating. On the first two days of our three-week visit the kitchen was not operational due to a broken pipe under the sink. The property manager was very responsive, but we lost time and use of kitchen waiting for repair. Toward the end of our visit the electricity in the kitchen went out. The property manager quickly located an electrician to make repair, but again we lost time in order to meet the electrician at the home. Overall, we recommend the house because of the terrific view. Please know that there are no screens on the windows and the main living spaces are open-air. So, during the rainy season there are many, many mosquitos in the home. If you stay at this home, make sure to ask Olga to cook for you. Our family loved the special meal she prepared for us. Thank you to Anthony and Olga for all they did! ##### kirsten k. We have traveled all over the world and Curacao had some of the most beautiful water I have ever seen- fish everywhere. We had 11 people in total with teens, 5 year old, and 21 year old kids. The house was in a great location. We brought our own snorkel masks and could walk in right from the beaches- 3 very close (within 5 min)to the house. You could walk to the beach, but the walk back would be tough uphill. Plenty of parking, so it was never an issue. We went beach hopping around the island-one beach had tons of turtles to swim with, another cliff jumping, another white sand beaches, and all free if you drive. We went into the town for the casino, different restaurants, and tourist shopping. The guide from the owner was perfect and we did almost everything she listed in addition to the trip advisor top 10 beaches and things to do. There were excursions from near the property but the driving was easy enough. A few things you might want to know- Restaurant service is VERY slow- plan 1-2 hours from time of ordering which took us a day or 2 to figure out that it was like that everywhere. You can order food from pretty close to the house if you don't cook. Even though the house is all open air- we had very little bugs other than mosquitos. Bring citronella candles as they were tough to find, and lots of bug spray. Some of us never got bit and others had many bites, so it was random. The early morning and evening were tough, but the rest of the day the bugs were minimal. Olga the property manager was local and very responsive. We went over New Year's and got to watch the firework show right from the deck. We would all go back and had an amazing time! ##### michelle g. It was a great location as well. The community is quiet and peaceful. Everything we wanted to go see was about 15-30 minutes away. The house was immaculately cleaned, very spacious, and had everything we expected during our stay (plus more)! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, cookware, utensils, etc that we needed. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, which add bright colors everywhere you look. There are trees and flowering plants everywhere! There was plenty of space for us to spread out, whether in the sun or in the shade. We were able to fully relax all day long! The visitor guide that was provided to us had a ton of resources, including directions written out to grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. We used it during our whole visit. Olga was a great resource the entire time as well. She was incredibly responsive to all of our communication! Thanks Olga! Our group did go into Willemstad which took us about 20 minutes to drive to. We did enjoy the city, but it also made us really appreciate being out on the quieter West side of the island. For an easy meal out, we ended up going to the Karakter restaurant which is right on the water. They had fantastic food. There is a coffee/pizza shop down at the same resort too just down the hill from the house. Favorites: Beach: Playa Lagun or Cas Abou Museum: Kura Hulanda Restaurant: Karakter or Bahia Restaurant on the cliff overlooking Playa Lagun Best Private Chef: BC Private Chef NOTE: BRING BUG SPRAY!!! Any time you are outside have it on. Also, because the open nature of the house, we used it all day and night. Some rooms have mosquito nets which helped a LOT!
