An affordable option for short stays. This is an older property but well maintained and fairly clean. I was bothered by a group in the room above mine - heavy footsteps and loud voices, but they did quiet down by 9 p.m. so it didn't interfere with my sleep - just with hearing my tv. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the free breakfast.

Service for housekeeping
. It was nice the people was very understanding we had a service animal with use was small. She was friendly dog small. The lady that cleaned our room was very nice to my children, while I lefted for work. She desire high.

Horrible rooms… definitely need some major up keep
This place is horrible… the rooms are dirty.. the sheets n covers has cigarette nuts in them… the bed are sooooo uncomfortable and the over all look is super cheap and trashy…. I stayed at some bad hotels before but this was by far the worst… this should be considered a cheap motel like the ones on Fig in LA… I definitely wouldn’t recommend…

We booked this room as last minute decision to stay ober in STL this hotel is affordable but is clean and the staff was very nice. The room had a fridge and microwave the bed was comfortable clean towels and linen. I know that sounds like it should be a given but as a travel nurse i have come to learn that its not. So if your in STL and don't care if you stay at the Ritz then this is a great choice also close to all the good restaurants.

Smell of urine was just too much.
The smell of urine was immediate upon entering the front door. It was so thick, I’m surprised we couldn’t see the smell of urine in the air. The only thing that did not smell like urine was the room and the room smelled like musty dampness. Other than that, it was what I would expect. But the smell was just, it was absolutely overwhelming.

The hallway on the first floor smelled really bad of urine, the AC unit in the room did not work very well. The beds were very comfy though!
