(This unit is not pet friendly) The home features three bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and plush bedding for a restful night's sleep, and two additional bedrooms, each with a cozy queen-sized bed. With two full bathrooms, a main floor laundry area, a spacious 2-car garage, and a fenced backyard, this house is designed for comfort and convenience.The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of cooking tools and utensils, allowing you to prepare and enjoy homemade meals with ease. Location is key, situated just 8 miles from Busch Stadium and downtown, 4 miles from the Saint Louis Zoo, 3 miles from the Science Center, and 16 miles from Barnes Hospital. This home is an ideal choice for families, professionals, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring all that St. Louis has to offer. Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: If you do not honor our pet policy (no pets disclosure) you will be fined $300\. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250\. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. The older neighborhood that seemed safe and pretty convenient to grocery store(less than a mile), food options, zoo, downtown and interstate. Seemed to have been remodeled fairly recently. Garage/parking is in the alley behind the house not the main road and a little tricky to get in and out but nice to have(especially since there was some rough weather some of the stay).
