I made reservations for this hotel 2 days in advance. I checked in my first night no problem. The next day 2 guys come walking in my room while I’m in the bathroom. Told this was my room, they left. 5 mins later the hotel manager comes to the room, asking to see my itinerary, I show it to him. About 30 mins later he comes back telling me I wasn’t on his list for the hotel and I needed to leave. I told him I wasn’t going anywhere, I paid for this hotel room for 3 days, I once again showed him the itinerary, once again tells me I wasn’t on his list. Asked who let me in the room, I didn’t know his name but he had no problem putting me up in the room. He told me I needed to leave. I refused. He said he would give me the first night I stayed for free, and I needdd to leave by 3pm it was 2:50pm. I again refused!! He told again I wasn’t on his hotel itinerary. I told him it wasn’t my problem I have my itinerary showing I paid. He said to leave or he was calling authorities. I didn’t want conflict so I left. I called Expedia and they refunded me my money. I just didn’t like how the hotel manager handled the situation, very unprofessional and had no care in the world!! Maybe others will have a better experience than I did!! But I will not be staying there again!!
