We hope you love our home as much as we do. The one thing we ask of our guests, is to have the best time ever! We are 5 star superhosts on AIRBNB and 10 stars on booking.com. Located in the township of St Leonards, only a short stroll or drive away from the surrounding beaches, this large house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/ living, games room and a study with a nice back yard and a double garage All walls are adorned with beautiful photos by renowned photographers and available for purchase The space Our spacious, single-storey house will be your home away from home. This property is located in an extremely quiet neighbourhood on a quiet street. A generous open-plan living and dining area will invite you to gather family and/or friends around our huge wooden live edged dining table with 10 leather chairs for delicious meals or enjoy a movie or footy game on the lounge with a huge 65 inch smart TV. The big, well equipped kitchen boosts a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, gas cook stove with a 90cm wide oven and dishwasher. Amenities include Nespresso machine, slow cooker, rice cooker, big sandwich press and kettle. This home has a huge master bedroom with king bed, walk in robe, ensuite, 40 inch smart TV and reading chair. It has 2x 3 port charging cables. The next room comprises a king bed, built in wardrobe and a 40 inch smart TV. It has 2x 3 port charging cables and side lamps. The 4th room has 2 bunk beds ( 80kg limit on top bunks) all with 3 port charging cables and reading lights and a built in robe. Games room walls are adorned with 1×1m moon landing photos. These look amazing. There is a 3 seater leather lounge with 2 recliners, 60 inch tv. Nintendo with 30 installed games. PS2 with a host of games. Wii console with games and a balance fitness board. Included in this room is a Fussball table and Air hockey table. A large study has a work desk and chair. Printer, paper and basic office consumables. There is a treadmill, yoga mat, swiss ball and massage roller. In addition we provide a few board games and some books. The Alfresco has a gas flat plate BBQ, 10 seater table and chairs. The back yard comprises fire pit with 10 log stools and a astro turfed area with 2 sun lounges. Outdoor Bath/water sports gear wash bay and outdoor shower connected to the water sports gear drying room. Hot and cold water for both shower and bath. This area allows you to wash all the salt and sand off and wash all your gear. The drying room allows storage and quick drying of all gear ready for your next adventure. You can also treat yourself to an outdoor bath under the stars. Our garage has room for 2 cars and offers parking for 2 more cars in the driveway. There is also free street parking for cars and boats. You be able to use the foldaway table tennis in the garage. Bats, net and balls are provided. We have recently added Life Sized chess. Our Laundry has a 14 kilo front load washer and an 8 kilo dryer that is free to use. Laundry powder is provided. Security. For your safety and the security of your belongings we have 2 security cameras on both front corners of the house facing towards the entrance and the road as well as a ring type door bell camera at the front door. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the entire house with everything it has to offer. As we entered the property, we were amazed at the cleanliness and how everything was provided for a family to stay for 5 days. Spacious and open spaces, so many things to do with the kids, games and entertainment… the outdoor bath was so cute and great in warm weather. The fire pit was wonderful with wood provided and the fairy lights made entertaining outside and being with family a breeze. I can’t fault anything! All the extras provided, such as portacot , high chair , multiple cooking accessories ie slow cooker , chargers beside each bed , fire pit , gym equipment, treadmill, games room with wii / playstation that kept the kids entertained, outdoor bath and shower.
