The property can comfortably accommodate up to nine people and the family dog. There are dedicated spaces to to socialise indoors and out or chill with a book, watch TV or break out a board game. Located in the Swan View estate backing onto the tranquil Edwards Point reserve and just a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) to the beach. St Leonards is a quiet beachfront town with excellent cafes and many local high quality wineries and eateries. This modern home boasts 4 bedrooms and sleeps 4 adults and 5 kids. There is a double lock up garage, 2 large driveways and space to store a boat behind a lockable gate. Bedroom 1 - King with ensuite/toilet and 43" smart TV Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom 3 - Loft Bunk (2 singles) Bedroom 4 - Bunk (2 singles) with additional trundle (on request) There is a second bathroom with bath tub and seperate toilet. 2 big lounge rooms each with 60" smart TVs, sound bars and one with Playstation 3 and DVD player.
