It’s a short drive to the local St Leonards shops and 10-15min walk to the water’s edge. It allows 8 people to move around comfortably inside and out. Offering an alfresco area with a decent size back yard with fences around the perimeter of yard to keep all safe. Parking and double garage available. With 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen and ensuite and 2 with a shared bathroom and triple bunk in both (single on top and double on bottom) it is ideal to meet your groups needs. It is clean and modern and a cheerful space to gather. A variety of board games are available for all the kids to enjoy big or small. Variety of coffee options available including a coffee machine and plunger. It offers a split system, stainless steel oven, stone bench tops in kitchen, microwave and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with pots & pans, plates, cutlery, cups etc. This 3 bedroom property sleeps 8 people with a open plan living area. With multiple TVs in main living area, guest room and smart tv in main bedroom. All linen and towels provided for each guest.
