walls to thin, very noisy and the housekeeping was going down our hall efore checkout times knocking n every door and saying "housekeeping". We weren in town for a birthday party and had a late night , we were woken to early on a Sunday morning. Shortley after that around 9am there were multiple people in the room next, all woman, i think housekeeping, laughing and carrying on for 5 minutes. In summary, too noisy and you can hear everything within 10 ft

It's a standard Holiday Inn Express hotel, very nice, clean, quiet (a few blocks off the main highway) and the staff was exceptionally welcoming and efficient.

The person that checked us in was friendly. Room and bathroom was clean. The bed comfy. We stay in a lot of HIE's and this is one of the better ones.

I was not able to get an internet connection. Called front desk who offered a fix (tried to find a pen in the room to write down instrutions-- no pen) . Instructions followed -- but did not work.No further help. Wife and I wanted a cup of coffee but only one paper coffee cup in our room. Wife had cup of coffee. Not good for $200

The hotel was clean and staff was great the building is new maybe 2 years old, and the floor or buidling was crooked enuff that the bathroom door would not stay closed and we had to stuff a washcloth under the shower door rollers or the shower door instantly rolled to full open and filled the bathroom floor with water it didnt slowly open it slammed open.

The only thing I didn't like was I ask the gentleman behind the front desk for a copy of my receipt and he said that I would receive as a email. I told him I wanted to review it. He again said email! I just told him then to have nice day. In future all costumers should receive a hard copy of their stay. Thanks!

Family get away
There were 2 problems with our stay. 1. The pool had way to much chlorine that after maybe 30 minutes my sons eyes were burning and bright red. He hurt and couldn’t keep his eyes open. I washed them out with water and contact saline. Applied a cold compress to his eyes. Took several hours before he could open his eyes without them hurting. 2. We were on the second floor and the family above us let their kid run and jump all day and into late night. Then up at 6am to run and jump again. I explained all this to the front desk and was told they would let the manager know. We stay at a lot of hotels and most of the time it is Holliday Inn. I was really surprised at how this stay was.
