"This place is a dump! To be fair, it is possible the main building in their pictures may be nice. However, we were given a room in the old run down building next to the building they have pictures of. I did see one picture of the old building but it’s so close up I didn’t realize there was a whole other side. If you want to stay in a dirty, run down hotel/motel, away from cool things to do and see, this is the place. The river is right outside but there are no tourist attractions from that point. It is by far the worse hotel I’ve stayed for as much as I paid. I made the mistake thinking close to the river would be cool and that paying what I paid it would’ve been nice. I was sadly mistaken!"

"We were really pleasantly surprised at the hotel. While it's not in an "A" location, everything is a 10 or 15 minute drive. Tremendous value and well maintained property"

"Place was perfect - right around the corner from restuarants and bars - all walking distance. Short drive into Charleston. Clean and quite neighborhood. Lots of great birds heard and seen on our walks around the area."
