Clean hotel, clean room. One of the elevators was broken which made it a huge headache getting up and down for all 3 days. Pool was closed and so was the gym. Disappointing!

Cozy Two Bedroom Apartment in the heart of St. John's
It was a cozy and quiet apartment. Very clean and tidy. My only issues were: 1) I booked it because it stated that there was a hot tub on site, but no where in the House Instructions/Help List was there an option to use said hot tub on sight. That was a big disappointment. 2) they have glad air freshners ...

Best Western Plus St. John's Airport Hotel and Suites
Staff was ok, shower was not cleaned properly still had either shampoo or body wash dried on the wall from previous guest.
