Welcome to our new Airbnb listing. One bed one bath. Brand new washer, dryer and refrigerator. Super comfortable queen size bed in bedroom. Super fast STARLINK. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to park, stores and restaurants. Complimentary bottled water, popcorn, detergent, and dryer sheets. Pet free home.

Large covered front porch. Perfect place to have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Very comfortable queen size bed with gel foam mattress. Dining bench with three bar stool. Closet in bedroom. Full-size refrigerator and stove and countertop microwave. All dishes flatware and other necessary items in kitchen. Keurig coffee maker and toaster.

Guests have access to the entire home.

Home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Car is probably the best way to get around however you can walk to most things in St. Johns. Biking friendly community.
