Each bedroom will have it's own private bathroom. Every room has it's own A/C and the entire house can be powered by a generator that will automatically switch on in case the island were to lose power (very important, as this can happen). You do not want your vacation ruined by not having power at your rental property. Tranquil Breeze will transport you to a tropical paradise. Start your morning with a coffee on the large wrap around deck enjoying the expansive views of the Caribbean where you overlook the Westin resort and can see St. Thomas, even St. Croix on a clear day and the three bays (Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay & Rendezvous Bay). Later, drive to one of the many world-famous St. John National Park beaches where you can snorkel, hike, Stand Up Paddle Board and/or enjoy a lazy day at the beach. After a long day of exploring you can enjoy the quiet community pool which is just a few steps from our house or enjoy a Happy Hour cocktail on the wraparound deck. Please note that there are only 7 properties which share the pool and only 3 of the properties are rentals (the pool is usually empty/private). At night you can take a 3-minute drive into Cruz Bay town where you can eat at one of the many great restaurants and enjoy the night away with a few drinks. Tranquil Breeze was recently renovated and updated in 2022 and features a gourmet kitchen, full generator to power the home when the power goes out on island, fully air-conditioned house (all bedrooms and main living room are fully A/C), 3 Queen Bedrooms each with en suite bathroom (3 full Bathrooms), WiFi, Vaulted Cypress beam ceilings with overhead ceiling fans, updated furnishings and a washer/dryer. Tranquil Breeze has two bedrooms on the first floor which each have their own Queen size bed. The upstairs bedroom also has a Queen bed which is a perfect room for kids/teenagers or another adult couple. \*Tranquil Breeze also provides beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for all of your beach needs. From the booking until we left St John, the property owner and the property mangers made our stay very nice and easy to navigate our first stay on St John. They gave us so much information and answered so many of my questions before we even got there. We loved the house. It had everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. First off, the property manager was excellent. She responded to every question or need. She also helped me see my first octopus in the ocean, so cool! The property is clean and is close to town which is nice. The view is beautiful!!! Everything you need is at the property to have a great stay. They have beach chairs and noodles which is nice. The owners gave a detailed booklet of everything to do on the island and lots of tips about how to catch the ferry, best beaches and restaurants, etc. Linda was fantastic meeting us at the ferry, and showing us around the island and the house. Tranquil Breeze is in a great location with easy access to anything you'll want to do on the island. The management team was communicative and very helpful before and during our stay. We had a wonderful time at Tranquil Breeze! A very clean, bright, modern place with wonderful views of sunrise and sunset. There is two bedrooms downstairs and one up a spiral staircase. What you see is what you have We had such incredible time in the island and this village was the perfect match for us. Quite, incredible views, enough space to move confortable, full equipment kitchen and even a big terrace with barbecue for a nice outside meal with the sunset. At first we were worry to be far from “downtown” but not at all, is only couple of minutes from the ferry port but with enough distance for really fall in love of the place.
