This house was perfect for our family with the kids sleeping on the rollaway bed. James was easy to speak with and very responsive. The updates to this home were so cozy and the place was very clean with all of the amenities you could need. It's a new Airbnb so overtime if he collects a few kid/family games/toys that would be a pleasant touch! James left great instructions and recommendations for the area on what to see and where to eat. We loved everything about this stay and house! Will note there is not a yard to walk around in if kids are looking for more space but for our young kids they did fine and loved giving the coffee grounds to the hermit crabs each day. The view of the water from the master bedroom is incredible. We could watch the amazing sunrise each morning from the bed or on the deck. No need for A/C here! The ocean breeze kept us comfortable even during June. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Water and electricity conservation is something to keep in mind when planning to visit anywhere on St John.
