  • Enter the one-level villa through the tropical garden. Quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Wraparound deck with matchless views and trade winds. Easy access to prime beaches and snorkeling. Near Salt Pond and Lameshur Beaches. Coral Bay shops, restaurants, and markets 5 minutes away.

    Amenities include but not limited to: Washer & dryer, full kitchen with microwave, printer, brand new dishwasher, full size refrigerator, outdoor shower, Starlink Wi-Fi, Smart TV, paved access road and level driveway, walk-in closet, and solar panels. The entire master suite is newly renovated, with air conditioning in the bedroom. With solar panels and Starlink, blackouts will not affect the house.
