Hard to beat view.
Bin Boni is very small but a beautiful clean well cared for place high on the hillside overlooking Coral Bay. We enjoyed the view from the deck watching the action in the harbor. The goats, chickens and birds were entertaining below our deck as well. Love the outdoor shower and the beautiful landscape around the place.

Wonderful view of Coral Bay. Walk down the hill to Skinny Legs or Rhumb Lines or drive to the nearby grocery stores. In between our two favorite beaches, Maho and Salt Pond. Cottage had everything you need to make meals. Note that the bathroom is in a separate building than the bedroom- you may want to bring a robe for getting up to go to the bathroom in the night. Host provided excellent instructions, including a video of how to get to the cottage. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Paradise on Coral Bay!
Bon Bini is so worth the climb. We loved the privacy and beautiful view overlooking Coral Bay from our deck. Having the two cabins, outdoor shower and hot tub made our stay a fun little adventure. We look forward to a future stay Bon Bini.

Amazing view in secluded area
This place is spectacular from beginning to end. Before our arrival Emily sent us all the info we needed (including a video of the drive up to the cottage) to find the place and get settled. If you are looking for a private, relaxed retreat with the ability to go and do as much as your heart desires then this is it! We enjoyed the 2 person hot tub with a view after long days on the beach, exploring the island and a little bit of hiking. There are plenty of food options nearby that are very good (skinny legs, rhumb lines and Johnny lime’s Sunday brunch) and it’s a short boat ride to the kime out taco bar. The tacos truly are some of the best I’ve ever had. We didn’t spend much time inside the cottage at all because there was just no need to! I mentioned the view, right?!?! We stayed on the balcony watching the boats and the sunrise/sunset. If you wanted to spend time inside it has all the amenities you could want if you choose to use them. This place very high on my list for tropical travel. Not just St. John, but the cottage! High marks for location, privacy, seclusion, ease of use, and outdoor living space. Thank you for sharing your little cottage in paradise!

Bon Bini was everything and more! Pics don't do the view justice. We absolutely loved the location! Once you get the hang of the switch backs to get to cottage you are good to go. Dreamy St. John Destination
This darling cottage was perfect for my husband and I on a relaxing trip away. We were looking for something that was away from the hustle and bustle and Bon Bini was absolutely wonderful. Two cottages - one with the bedroom, one with kitchen, living area, and toilet. Outdoor shower which was really fun, And the VIEW. It's impossibly gorgeous. Surreal even. We spent a lot of time sitting at the table (you see in the first photo of the listing) and gazing out at the boats, water, and island beyond. In the evening, it's quiet and chill. Emily was so kind, answering all of my questions prior to arrival, providing helpful tips, and even sending a video of how to find the cottage. St. John doesn't provide road signs or house numbers so navigation is a little tricky overall - but Emily made it SO easy. We even locked ourselves out during our stay and she had us back in in less than 5 minutes. Coral Bay has a few restaurants, market, and small dock to catch excursions from. We ate at Rhumb Lines and Skinny Legs - very different experiences, but both great! We went to Lime Out (which you can see from the cottage), and it was a 5 minute boat ride from Coral Bay. Super easy and convenient - and FUN. My biggest advice would be to rent a jeep. St. John overall has a lot of switch backs and rocky roads, especially if you want to adventure around the island. We had a car and it was ok, but next time we will level up for a jeep. It's about 20-25 minutes to get to the cottage from Cruz Bay and about 15 minutes from the Maho/Trunk Bay beaches - which were our favorite. We really wanted our time at Bon Bini and in Coral Bay to be quiet and relaxing since this was a couples only trip for two exhausted parents of three kids. It was PERFECT for us and we can't wait to go back some day. Book this rental, you won't be disappointed.

A beautiful island getaway
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Bon Bini cottage. The view is gorgeous. We loved sitting on the deck and looking at everything around us. I loved seeing and hearing the different animals and birds around the property and beyond. Emily was so helpful and thorough, it made things go very smoothly. Check in was a breeze and everything was as expected/described. I really enjoyed the outdoor shower. I wish all showers could be accompanied by that view and beautiful weather. Thank you for making our St. John stay a fantastic one! Forever grateful.

This place has everything!
My husband and I stayed here because we were getting married on St John! We decided on corral bay, just to be closer to the natural beauty of the island and away from the crowds! This beautiful cottage was a little slice of heaven! The hosts thought of EVERYTHING!! They provided all of the beach equipment you could ever need (chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, bug spray, towels, floaties, kayaks, paddle boards). Small detail, but I ruined my pedicure when I was snorkeling the day before my wedding, and the hosts had nail polish remover in the cottage so I could fix my nail polish. The ONLY downside of the cottage, for me, was the firmness of the mattress. I’m use to a very plushy/foamy bed, so it took some getting use to. Staying at this cottage was just an amazing experience overall. From the incredible views, to the friendly hosts, the location, we’d definitely stay here again!

The view was amazing. The responsiveness of the host was quick. The location was great. The deck and jacuzzi were fantastic. We were there during a storm that rained on and off all week. We took showers outside and had to go in the other building to use the restroom in the rain. Didn’t matter. It was PERFECTION. Plus we LOVED the cat!

PERFECT
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and I’ll start by saying this was both of our first times leaving the continental US by ourselves. Emily was responsive and helpful from day one. She helped coordinate everything - from booking Jeep rentals and ferries to places to eat and how to get to the property. I have never had a host like Emily. I saw the reviews and didn’t think it could matter that much, but her helpfulness and going above and beyond in every circumstance was worth much more than five stars. Now, for the property. It’s a bit of a challenge to get there, but only the first time. The view is absolutely amazing and breathtaking. The rooms were clean and the hot tub and shower were perfect. Even for just two people, it is a little small, but not a big deal at all. You should be out at the beach all day anyways! It’s a five minute drive from the shops on Coral Bay, and three of those minutes is getting down the switchbacks. Seriously, this was a dream honeymoon and perfect in all ways. The property was awesome and Emily’s help was probably the best part. Go here. You will not regret it.

Perfect Stay for Two
My wife and I loved Bon Bini for our honeymoon! It is a great place on the island away from all the business of tourism, but not too far away from the fun. The view is spectacular from the property. The house is cute, clean, and functional. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, watching movies on rainy days, using the hot tub when it wasn't too hot to, and our outdoor showers. If we were to go back to St. John, (we hope to), we would stay in Coral Bay again. It is absolutely beautiful. Bon Bini was perfect for my wife and I. The only thing that we wished would be better was a little more privacy. From the pictures online it seemed like Bon Bini was a little bit more secluded from neighbors, but they aren't too far off. The deck is mostly private, but there are some angles that the neighbors on either end could over. Don't get me wrong, you have a ton of privacy, we just wished it was a tad more like the pictures made it seem. In short, a great place to stay, I highly recommend it.

Wonderful cottage with gorgeous view
This cute and cozy place is on the quieter end of the island. It takes about 20 or 25 minutes to drive there from Cruz Bay where the ferry comes in. We visited several beaches on the north side of St. John and a few on the southeast, so this location worked great for us. There are some restaurants in the area and one small grocery store. The cottage is up in the hills, but with a Jeep we had no problem getting there. The cottage is made up of 2 separate buildings attached with the deck, one is the bedroom and the other holds the kitchen and bathroom. The deck is very nice with 2 tables with chairs and 2 lounge chairs, and the hot tub. The view is gorgeous. The only shower is outside, which was not a problem for us. The whole place was extremely clean and very nicely decorated with all the supplies we needed. One of the best parts was that the property manager stayed in close contact, gave extra details and directions and was available for questions. A great experience.

We loved our stay at Bon Bini!! This was a wonderful getaway vacation and Bon Bini was the perfect setup and had everything we needed. It was peaceful and we loved, loved the views of Coral Bay, sunrise, and at night!! Emily was awesome at suggestions for places to eat, jeep rental, and how to get to the cottage. She was very responsive and helpful! We spent our time Beach hopping and snorkeling, but e we had a great place to end our day … the cottage was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of St. John!

A place we didn’t want to leave and more!
We stayed at Bon Bini for 8 nights and it wasn’t enough. We loved this this cottage. It quickly became our “home “ and had absolutely everything you need and the special touches were amazing. The location in Coral Bay was perfect for us. Emily the property manager outstanding and had spectacular communications with us. We will definitely come back to this spot again. The donkeys goats and chickens gave it a special touch. Recommend highly.

Loved our time on Seagrape Hill at Bon Bini. Here is what was great about our stay: -Fantastic host who is in constant communication and makes the process of enjoying your stay easy and enjoyable. -Amazing views, deck, places to sit and relax, outdoor shower, hot tub, grill, and everything else you need to be comfortable outside. -Great and comfortable amenities inside to include stocked kitchen appliances, furniture, bathroom, and very clean. -Great location if you want the more quiet part of the island. -Stocked with quality beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, cooler, floats, paddle boards, etc...) -An awesome cat that lives in the neighboring property, Sebastian. We probably miss him the most. Bottom line is we will stay there again.

What a view!
The cottages were perfect for us. In addition to the amazing views and ideal location, we loved the access to all the beach equipment. We used it almost every day including the paddleboards. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals and the grill worked well. Super friendly cat kept us company the whole time. And Emily provided very useful information ahead of our trip and responded quickly to the handful of questions we had. Staying at the cottages helped make our st John experience unique and special.

Incredible Villa!
We stayed at Bon Bini for our last 3 nights and wish we could have had several more here! The Coral Bay Area is great with several restaurants and all within a short drive to many beaches. The villa itself was exactly as described in the posting. The deck overlooking the bay is outstanding. We would definitely return!

Anniversary trip
We had a wonderful stay at BonBini. Everything was very very clean. Our host was wonderful and made our trip from St Thomas a breeze. We enjoyed our central location in exploring the island and appreciated her feedback and recommendations during our stay. Cute Caribbean Cottage
This was mine and my husbands first trip to St. John and we very much enjoyed our stay at Bon Bini cottage. The view from the deck was beautiful! We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of the bay and the local wildlife. I was a little hesitant about the location of the property because there is no beach in Coral Bay but it actually turned out to be the perfect spot for us! It was located a short drive and right in between my two favorite beaches on the island (Maho for paddle boarding and watching the sea turtles and Salt Pond for snorkeling) and we went to every beach. Emily was a great host and was easy to get a hold of. I appreciated the recommendations for the jeep rental, hikes, bars/restaurants and grocery shopping. Overall, it was a fabulous stay and St. John is a beautiful island!

The Bon Bini cottage exceeded my expectations. The view was phenomenal off the deck and the cottages were very clean. Getting to the cottage and the entry process wasn't difficult and our host was very good with communication. There was a friendly cat that would occasionally come by the property which was a perk for us! The only problem is we didn't stay long enough. This is somewhere I would definitely book again.

Awesome little place for a getaway. Due to covid, few restaurants were open in Coral Bay but still an awesome place, had all cooking tools and essentials needed. Great communication with property manager. Jeep recommended but probably not required, although about all you can rent on the island, hill leading to cottage is pretty steep though. Awesome place all around, will try to make it back again for a getaway with the wife, time permitting.

Wake Up to Paradise
Nothing beats these views. Waking up to this every morning was a dream come true. My husband and I drank coffee to these views with Sebastian (fondly being referred to as our vacation cat). Emily was the easiest host to communicate with and gave us such great recommendations. My husband and I had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, so we ran down to St John’s and eloped. Nothing could have been more romantic than staying at Bon Bini Cottage.

I’m not even sure where to begin. I don’t think we could’ve picked a better place to stay. The first thing we noticed (besides the breathtaking view) was how clean the villa was. It felt like we were the only ones to ever use it, right down to the coffee pot! We thought that the layout was going to be a little funky with the sleeping quarters in one building, the living in another, along with an outdoor shower...BUT, it was actually so much fun! I’ve never visited a location that’d be able to pull this off like they have. The obvious perk is the view. Her photos don’t lie, the panoramic view of Coral Bay is as amazing as it looks! The biggest reason that we’ll be staying here again, is the owner. She reached out months in advance to ensure that we’d have everything we needed. She sent us directions, what-to’s, how-to’s and made our first trip to St. John completely painless. We look forward to staying again!

Best location in Coral Bay
We loved the Seagrape Hill community where Bon Bini cottage is located. So convenient to the best restaurants on this side of the island - and can’t beat the view. There’s so much to see going on in the marina all day long - but especially late afternoon while you lounge in your bathing suit in the hot tub or comfortable deck furniture after hiking one the many nearby trails. This property is a bargain. We’ll definitely stay again.

Great Cottage With Nice Views
The cottage is located in Coral Bay on a hill high above Skinny Legs Bar and the Fire station. The cottage is actually 2 buildings, one is just a bedroom, the other building contains a decently stocked kitchen with new appliances (fridge, stove, m'wave, coffee maker), half bath, and living/dining area. The large outdoor deck area has a hot tub, a new gas grill (which we used), and an outdoor shower (which we were surprised to find had decent water pressure and the water was fairly warm). Both buildings have a/c units, ceiling fans, and tvs. The cottage is an ideal size for a couple, or one person. Our only issue with the cottage was the fact that if you needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night then you had to leave the one building and go into the other building. In fact, there was a lot of going in and out of the two buildings at all times. There is currently construction going on next door at a property that is being completely rebuilt. The workers arrive around 7am, but generally don't make much noise until after 8am. They are usually gone by 3:30 or so. Anyone who is worried about being woken up by construction noise shouldn't worry - you'll be woken by rosters long before you get woken by the workers! I would imagine its going to be near the end of 2020 before construction is completed on the neighbor's house. In terms of supplies, the cottage supplies beach towels, beach umbrella, chairs, and a kayak (although it didn't look like the kayak had been used in a while, and it wasn't clear how we'd get it onto our jeep to transport it). The place also comes with surprisingly good wi-fi, and a few pantry essentials (salt, all season, aluminium foil, coffee filters, olive oil, etc). Emily, the property manager was great to work with and made sure we had all the info we needed before our trip. Overall, Bon Bini Cottage is a very nice place to spend a few days.

A little piece of paradise in Coral Bay
My wife & I spent a week and loved every moment at Bon Bini cottage. It was our 4th time to St. John and this location high above coral Bay was our favorite so far. The view is just amazing! Sabastian, the neighbor's black & white cat was a surprise visitor and turned out to be one of our favorite parts about the cottage. He came to visit daily and we looked forward to it. The cottage is well equipped, beautifully decorated, the A/C worked well, and the hot tub & outdoor shower complete the recipe for a perfect Caribbean vacation. Kelly the property manager is on her game. A+ communication, no problems.

Love love love this adorable spot!
This was our second year at Bon Bini, and we've already booked 2020. The island is recovering well, with a few new restaurants open since last December. Coral Bay is so pleasant and this house is perfectly situated to experience the beaches, Skinny Legs, snorkeling, etc. They are currently building a house next door to this house but work is limited to 9am-3:30pm so it did not interfere with our day at all. Highly recommend!

I went back and forth between booking this property in Coral Bay or staying in Cruz Bay. I am SO glad I chose to stay at Bon Bini!! The views were incredible, the cottages were clean, and the whole area was just so peaceful. I was concerned about the drive to Cruz Bay and North Shore beaches, but it was not bad at all and ended up being quite enjoyable as there are several spots to stop along the way that provide some exceptional views. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen/living area/bathroom which was actually very nice as it made cooling the units much quicker, and the outdoor shower was fabulous at night. There is a small grocery nearby and plenty of restaurants/bars to choose from. Emily, the property manager, was extremely helpful from the start and even texted a video of the drive to the property. This was one of the best vacations I have ever been on, and I would 100% recommend Bon Bini if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay away from the crowd. I can't wait to come back!!

Wonderful trip
Bon bini is a very cute cottage in Coral Bay. The cottage is in great shape and if there was any huricane damage you would not know. The bedroom is in a separate room from the kitchen and living room, this helps when cooling the space off with the AC. The space was very clean with everything that we could want, there is even beach gear that we could use! The manager was very helpful as this was our first time to St John's and gave great suggestions for rentals, and help. The hot tub was great for relaxing in the evening after snorkeling and hiking with a beautiful view of the Bay and stars. Coral Bay is more laid back than Cruz Bay and a great jumping off for the beaches and trails. There are also great local restaurants in Coral Bay with a good variety of food. Staying on this end of the island a Jeep is required and be aware that the roads are very steep and twisting also driving on the left takes some getting used to. Overall we really enjoyed our time and hope to come back.

Fantastic! Spectacular! Wow!
Bon Bini Cottage: This place rocks! The unobstructed views from the decks and hot tub make for a gorgeous view everyday, all day. The two cottages and decks are well appointed and very private - having the shower outside is an excellent feature. Bon Bini comes with everything you need. Really. Everything. And the restaurants/bars and grocery stores in Coral Bay are at the bottom of the hill so no wasted time traveling. Emily: Wow! She is a rockstar property manager. Her communications prior to the trip and during (when I initiated) were comprehensive, detailed, and full of island energy. I always had the information I needed for logistics, activities, and to enjoy the island provided in advance. Emily made this trip an easy and enjoyable one. I couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be staying at Bon Bini again in the future when our travels take us back to St. John!

Great little place with wonderful view
We really loved Bob Bini cottage. Everything up to arrival was smooth. It was very clean when we arrived. Explicit directions on everything. Bedroom is separate from kitchen/living room and bathroom. That works just fine for us. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The knives need a sharpening. Sebastian the cat was a daily visitor. We love Coral Bay even in its recovering stage. Thank you for everything.
