It was overwhelming to see how much places have skyrocketed in price over the years but we were so happy to find this place! It was perfect for a couple to stay that included a mini kitchen. We were able to cook breakfasts, pack lunches for the beach and even had a spaghetti dinner one night.! The walk from to town was challenging to say the least but not impossible. It’s St. John and expected with the hills! Def recommend a car but parking was fine and our gps got us back fine everytime. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall would def recommend this place and will come back to stay here! We normally stay in hotels but we wanted to be able to stay in a make our own meals and this was perfect. It was quiet and secluded and the room was clean and comfortable. BUT, perched on a steep hill gives this place beautiful views. The Petite Suite is small and comfortable, perfect for a party of one and perhaps on the small side for two. An attractive outdoor seating area is dedicated to this unit. The location is quiet and private, the room comfortable and cozy, and the unit crisp and clean. Five stars. ##### Bugg W. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels very much. There also were supplies for making coffee which was nice. The parking was not as advertised. There are two designated spots for a number of parties that is more than 2\. More often than not, we had to park on the street and one evening it was difficult to find a spot.
