Very close to the grocery store and a short walk into town. It is an uphill walk to the property, past the market, on a road with little sidewalk however, the view from the deck more than made up for it. The deck is large enough for morning yoga and reading as you watch the sun go down. The property was clean, and had everything I needed for a quick getaway. I would stay there again. ##### Rita G. They wanted to charge additional funds on what was already a totally overpriced property.I woke up Sunday morning with a message saying that the team had noticed I had arrived with an additional friend and could I clarify this because there would be an additional charge of 75! We had brought a friend back for celebratory birthday drinks before we went out for dinner. I now felt stalked and had no idea there’s a camera at the entrance. It was a very unpleasant feeling wondering if we were being watched.Checkout was equally unfriendly with the threat of charging 500 (yes, you read that right!) for any garbage left at the property.At this point, feeling like we were being watched, threatened with additional fees constantly, we decided to leave the property early and catch an earlier ferry to St ##### Julie W. Stayed 1 night in Sep 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Taj 25 Mar 2024 Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication Disappointing and run-down property: cheap, old, very uncomfortable furniture (except for the bed, which had a good mattress;) flimsy locks, a pile of scrap plywood leaning on the wall at the entrance; patio door almost completely clouded over and its screen torn and patched with duct tape; kitchen drawer falling apart; needs paint throughout; etc. TV not watchable (no cable or channels to watch and streaming was impossible (buffering every 10 seconds;) slow internet, no microwave, warning that if we didn't carry our trash out there would be a $500 (!!) charge; warning to not use "excessive electricity;" water undrinkable per management; only 2 flimsy bath towels for the week. We did appreciate the decent mattress and that beach chairs were provided. Laundry facilities appreciated, but that was an extra charge--a disappointment considering the premium price for the unit. We had a break-in (he hopped over the guardrail right into the apartment) but my wife scared him away.
