It is located on the quieter side of the island and in short drives to the main beaches and sights. The home is extremely clean, well appointed, and A/C works great. Communication with the property manager, Dwight, was fantastic and he checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The pool is a little larger than I expected from the pictures which was a nice bonus. Views are phenomenal and we enjoyed just hanging out on the decks. The only slightly annoying aspect of the property is that you have to go outside to get between levels, but really it's not a huge deal. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Christiane C. We loved staying at this property. Everything is very nice including the kitchen, the grill, the showers and the pool deck. Everything you could need for your trip was provided, and the white glove service with the property manager Dwight was a game-changer as we arrived near dark and the first drive to the villa would have been challenging without someone to follow and navigate. We’ve visited St John many times and this visit was just as enjoyable as all of the others. Nothing like waking up to a sunrise over Coral Bay. House was appointed exactly as the listing. This vacation was the best experience of my life. My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing time on St John, when it was time to return home, we just did not want to. I loved every thing about the island, its beauty and its beaches are breathtaking. We did an excursion to the baths in the bvi with cruz bay watersports and I highly recommend them it was a blast. I loved every thing about staying at huis aan zee and would absolutely return to this paradise. I was over the nastiest bit, but I was left tired and coughing for another 2 weeks. We had planned on going out exploring almost every day, but my body just couldn't handle it. That said, by the time we left I genuinely still felt that we had a perfect Honeymoon. The place was stunning. With the private pool, the cozy rooms, the AC (which really helped me physically), and the incredible view (truly the pictures can't do it justice), we still had the perfect, relaxing time we had been hoping for. I really can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a chill time on the island! ##### Alison A. The house is perfectly situated on Seagrape Hill to catch a steady cool breeze and perfectly built to allow that breeze to keep us cool. No matter where we were in the house, the views were spectacular. Whether we were looking to relax on the beach, hike to see petroglyphs or grab a burger and a Pain Killer we were never more than a few minutes drive away. And when we wanted to cool off in the pool, it was only steps away with a perfect view to Hurricane Hole. We cannot wait to return! ##### Josh L. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Huis Aan Zee! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of care and attention to detail. The owner provided us with excellent insights about the area, and Dwight, the house manager, was incredibly helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The house itself is exactly as depicted in the photos, but the breathtaking views exceeded our expectations—we simply couldn’t get enough! The drive up the hill is steep, so a 4x4 is definitely recommended, but after a couple of trips, we found it to be no trouble at all. And honestly, the views make it more than worth it! Even though some of the local restaurants were closed for the season in August, we thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and dining with those amazing views. The house is impeccably maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to return in the future! ##### George L.
