We are proud to offer you a professionally designed and decorated studio suite in the heart of Cruz Bay. Our condo features hotel quality furnishings and all the amenities expected at a top class resort but with an added sense of privacy. The eat-on deck features stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and islands as well as the mountainside, town, and harbor of the island. We can have a local greeter meet you at the ferry dock if you desire, accompany you to the resort, and answer any questions you may have about the beautiful island of St. John.

The resort features traditional European and Caribbean architecture and modern amenities including swimming pool, hot tub, workout room, and extra large pool deck with ocean views. The location of the resort is unparalleled on the island. You will be located one hundred yards from quaint Cruz Bay town with its many restaurants and shops. Your immediate vicinity will allow access to many exciting and relaxing activities including fishing, sailing, scuba diving, spas, and day trips to neighboring islands. You can hike to the the most beautiful beaches, hire a taxi, or rent a car to explore the island.

This rental may have a parking space available on a first come, first serve basis and is only available with the rental of our Jeep Wrangler 4DR, contact us to check availability of the vehicle and a reserved parking space. If you have a vehicle the property manager will make every attempt to provide a parking space but it is not guaranteed without the rental of our vehicle. There are additional parking options in town close by if you rent a vehicle somewhere else. Video can be provided to show you the locations.

Great resort with beautiful views of Cruz Bay!

We own a time share at the Westin but enjoyed staying in the heart of Cruz Bay. Can’t get a better location to all the restaurants, bars and shopping! Owners were great and responsive to any questions we had.. very clean and updated unit. Highly recommend this spot!

Anniversary trip

We so enjoyed staying here - proximity to everything in Cruz Bay is awesome, we enjoyed the pool/hot tub views every evening, and the kitchen was perfect for just a few simple meals in!

Great Stay in Living the Dream Studio

Comfy bed, excellent location and just the basics you need to have a fun time staying in Cruz Bay. The nice coolers and TON of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. at your disposal were probably the best we've ever had on St. John and were definitely a big plus of the unit. We found the king bed to be quite comfortable as well. Will definitely look at staying again in the future when we are back to visit.

Great Location

Loved St John and this condo was convenient to walk to restaurants. We rented the owner’s Jeep which was a great way to get around the island.

Great location!

Such a great location, we walked to a lot of the restaurants. When we went to the beaches, we were able to walk to a central location to get a taxi. There were towels and coolers in the room, so no need to bring those. Having laundry in the room was great, too! The room was nice and the balcony picture was so great with a view of the boats. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing View and Wonderful Location

The view on the balcony is amazing, the pool was nice to relax in the evening, and the location is perfect. The pull out bed could have been more comfortable. Overall, the stay was great and would recommend it!

Perfect spot to enjoy St. John

Perfect spot and size unit for my husband and I to enjoy a few extra days on St. John. You can't go wrong with any unit in Grande Bay. Recommendations I would extend to the owner, there needs to be another mirror outside the bathroom, it's difficult for two people to get ready and both needing mirrors. It was great that there is an airfryer in the unit but we had no idea how to use it, so the owners manual would have been helpful. Otherwise all was perfect.

A Gem in Cruz Bay

This property is a gem! Location is a three minute walk from the passenger ferry in Cruz Bay. Elevator access to the property from the parking garage. Beach supplies included. Property has a generator in case there are power outages. Such friendly and prompt communication. You would be remiss to pass up the opportunity to stay here for an escape to paradise!

Time in St John, USVI

Our stay at the Grande Bay exceeded our expectations. The studio met all of our needs, the kitchen was well equipped, the studio included a washer and dryer which we found very convenient. The short walk to restaurants and shops meant that we didn't need to rent a car for this part of our vacation. We enjoyed the view from the deck each morning watching all of the water activity in Cruz Bay. The pool area was clean and well maintained. This is definitely a property we will return to.

Truly Livin the Dream!

Excellent stay! Beautifully renovated and decorated villa with amazing view of Cruz Bay, short walk to restaurants, shopping, ferry. Access to beach chairs, floats, noodles provided. We rented the owners’ Jeep, which included a covered parking space! The attendant assigned to us was so helpful with any questions and concerns we had, and worked extremely hard to accommodate my husband’s recent back problems. Bed extremely comfy and bath lovely. Nice kitchenette! New smart tv, but we were too tired in the evening to enjoy it! Definitely want to return to this villa!!

Best location!

We have stayed in Saint John 3 times now and this has by far been the best stay. The location was within walking distance to several great restaurants. Our favorite was CAFE ROMA! Nate was a gem and their stuffed shells and filthy martini were winners! The beach bar had great drinks and Live music. We were so comfortable in our studio. Bed and pillows were super. The kitchenette was nicely stocked for making simple meals. The skillet was great for making breakfasts. We grilled several times and used the air fryer to roast potatoes. Ate on the patio and watched the beautiful sunset over the bay! Thank you again Carey for your hospitality and all the pointers! We shall return. I’m pretty sure my tears are made of straight pain killers!!

Beautiful unit

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean. The second "bed" wasn't the best option for someone to sleep in. After figuring out how to get the bed out, it leaves very little room for the tv to rest on top--make it very unstable. One slight move and the tv was going to fall. We ended up taking the "mattress" out and laying it on the floor. There also isn't an iron in the unit and could use more bath towels. We had to wash towels several times during our visit.

Loved our first trip to St. John!

This place could not have been more perfect for me and my husband. Celebrated our 25th anniversary here, first time to St. John. When we go back, we will absolutely stay here again. This unit is newly, beautifully renovated - it was clean as can be. It's a studio which was perfect for the two of us. The view from our room was an ocean view, perfect for watching the sail boats and the ferry come and go. Also loved having a washer and dyer in our unit and the location was perfection. We rented a jeep from the owner, and explored the island and different beaches during the day. Every night, we walked around Cruz Bay shopping, eating at a new restaurant every night, and bar hopping. Communication from the owner was excellent, as they provided a guide and info for our stay before we arrived, as well as arranging for someone to pick us up from the ferry drop off and give us a ride to our place, which is actually within a short walking distance of the ferry drop off. The Jeep we rented was conveniently parked in our parking spot at Grande Bay, ready to go when we arrived, and easy to return. Everything went smoothly - I would not change one thing about this trip or where we stayed. We cannot wait to go back!!

Great location!

We appreciated the fact that this property is walking distance to most places we wanted to eat. So, the only driving we did was out to places to hike. Otherwise, to go shopping or grab a bite, we walked, which was perfect! The pool was a perfect temp and the fitness center was equipped with what we needed. Would recommend to anyone!
