  • The Unit:
    This unit is located on the first floor, near the pool and hot tub. The bedroom has one King bed and the living room has one Queen sofa bed. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom.
    This unit can sleep a total of 4 people with 2 on the sofa bed. It has all new furniture.
    and is the one bedroom side of a two bedroom unit. This listing is for the one bedroom side, however the studio side can also be rented on its own or together with this one bedroom for use as a two bedroom unit.
    The unit has central AC, free high speed internet, washer, dryer, outdoor grill, porch furniture, beach chairs and cooler.

    The location:
    This unit is on the first floor of tower #7 closest to the pool and hot tub.
    The property has a shared heated pool, hot tub and sun deck. The amenities building also has a gym with a view of Cruz Bay and a 24 hour front desk.
    Grande Bay is a short flat walk into the town of Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay, the main town of St. John, has fantastic restaurants and shopping.
    The property is on the harbor beach of Cruz Bay and is only a short hike to some of our amazing National Park Beaches such as Honeymoon Beach and Solomon Beach.


    This property is professionally managed by St John Villa Company. We will be your contact person for your vacation. We are here to help you with all your questions as well as your arrival to the island. We have been on island over 24 + years and have been on island managers at Grande Bay for over 14 years.
