From the start, communication from the host was poor. Golf and the indoor pool were supposed to be included but it wasnt. The beach club and outdoor pool were supposed to be included but they weren't. To top off the stay, we were watching tv in the living room one evening and the largest cocaroach we have ever seen ran across the floor. The host did nothing to accomodate us. False adverising and unclean. They provided 1 roll of toilet paper per person for 8 days, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 dish detergent pod and 2 laundry pods. They provided 1 hotel sized shampoo and 1 hotel sized conditioner in total and 1 towel per person. Save your money and book somewhere else. This host should not be in business because hospitality is not their calling. ##### Kerry D.
