It is easy to walk to Beacon 315 (a fun little marina side grill), short drive (or long walk) to Waterway Park, and easy drive to dining, shopping and the beach. The condo was clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The screened porch was wonderful to enjoy the weather and water views of the marina. We really appreciated all the seating that was available on the porch.
