This cute, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage sits on the West Bay of historic Little St. Germain Lake. It comes with a private pier and paddle boat and it sits next to Hiller’s Pine Haven Resort. The lake frontage is sandy and great for swimming!

    The cottage offers an open concept living/dining room and kitchen that overlooks the west bay of Little Saint Germain Lake. The first bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is set up with a Full-sized bed. The living room offers sleeping accommodations with a Full-sized sleeper sofa.

    Cozy Cottage is just a short walk from some of St. Germain's most popular restaurants and from the St. Germain Hike Bike Trail that goes for miles in all directions! Take some time off from your hectic everyday schedule to stay at Cozy Cottage and see what relaxation is all about!

    Little St. Germain Lake's West Bay is a premium location known for spring-fed water, good water clarity, and a healthy population of musky, bass, crappie, bluegill, northern pike, perch, and walleye.
