The cabin was nice. The dock was just down the steps. The grounds crew was blowing leaves at 7 am Friday morning which was unpleasant. A few of the beds seemed to be broken, some of the trim around the doors is coming off, almost all of the outlets don't even hold things in, and the water was off for almost a day during our stay. They did come and fix it the next morning though after leaving a voicemail and calling almost 3 times. The cabins are clean, spacious enough and appropriately rustic. They are by no means luxury if that's what you are looking for, but the view from our balcony is gorgeous and the water in the West Bay is clear and sandy. The bike trail is a minute away, you can walk to Cathy's, Wolf Pack, the Red Canoe and we have - many times. We sit by the fire pit or on the beach and watch eagles fly overhead on the regular. Reviewer Comments: If possible, I would have some of the trees trimmed or small trees removed in front of the cabins so we can see the lake better. We always enjoy sitting in the cabins or on the decks and looking at the lake but if it is blocked by trees and shrubs it takes away the enjoyment of being at the lake. ---
