The apartment was quite cozy and comfortable. The only issues we had were that the Air Condition Unit malfunctioned at midnight on one of the nights thus we did not have much sleep that night, the cooking gas cylinder finished while cooking lunch on one of the days and the bathroom water run off was very slow so after one person had their shower, we had to wait at least 20 - 25 minutes for the run off to clear before the other person could shower. The issues with the A/C and Cooking Gas were rectified to our satisfaction but it did create some inconvenience. Would any consideration be given for that?

The property has a guard at the entrance, parking for vehicles in side the fenced area, room was spacious and had all amenities. If coming from the US be sure to bring adapter for wall outlets. A good place to stay with restaraunts about 1 mile away.

Yachtie's Land Staycation
Location was our prime concern. Good value. Clean and safe. The staff...Bennette, Michael and Paulina were incredibly helpful and friendly. Having a kitchen with full fridge,stove,toaster,coffee maker ,kettle and cooking utensils was such a bonus. Although hot water is only available in the shower it was not an issue. The complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch.

I booked here for my quarantine while I waited for test results. The internet was fast, running about 40mbps, and it has a full kitchen. Kitchen had an apartment sized stove and oven, toaster, microwave, electric hot water kettle, a decent selection of plates and utensils and even a small bottle of dish soap. Bed was okay, space was clean. Only two minor things, 1) sautee pans had only 1"(25mm) sides and no lamp next to bed so you must navigate in the dark back to the bed after turning off lights. They were available 24/7 for bring deliveries to the room.

Very nice hotel...the staff is amazing...if they can provide it or locate something of need they will get it...the room was clean and no bugs like most island hotel may have...one thing I can say negative about the hotel is it's out dated...the furniture is old and needs to be modernized...honestly everything that was in my room can be considered trash...the hotel rates are fare...but still I would want to be in a nice bright attractive place. I can give the hotel a 3* because of the outdated room.

The hospitality shown by the manager , Mr Ramesh , Ms Glenda , the House Supervisor and Mr Dwayne , the all purpose custodian . Mr Ramesh was very accommodating and very understanding to our travel shortcomings !!! His generosity made our trip very comfortable !!! I would recommend CRA to everyone !!!!

On arrival I was greeted by the staff and Dr Sinclair. They made sure I was comfortable at check in and on an almost daily basis. My apartment was cleaned every day during the week and there was a laundry room that I had access to. The complex was gated withe someone present 24/7. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartments are very conveniently located, these are very spacious rooms with all emenities one would require on a short stay. The management makes a check everyday to ensure all guests are comfortable. Had a great stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

Upon checking in i had to ask for the tv then they brought it even though the room advertise it coming with a tv i shouldn't have had to ask for it. The tv was outdated. Then the only time house keeping came was the day we were leaving. Everything is not as close as advertised.

Thank you for your review. Yes, we had overlooked the TV option, but as soon as it was brought to our attention, we have put the TV in the room. Most of our rooms comes with the old TV, not the SmartTV (Whereas all our newly constructed apartments are with UHD SmartTV). In relation to the housekeeping, we provide housekeeping only on weekdays, may be I have to ask Expedia to make that change; but however we provide extra towels etc. for the weekend/public holiday, in case guests are staying in the room. Thank you again for your review, and we will improve upon the concerns raised.

However, we are happy with our service and the upgrade which has been provided to a US $ 100.00 per night room, instead of the US $ 50.00 room you had initially booked.

Great stay. 10 second walk off main road / SGU bus stop (but also about a 10-15 minute walk to SGU True Blue campus). Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Spacious. Always an attendant / gate guard who is friendly. Kind staff. Responsive to emails and phone calls. Marcus was present to greet me to unit and let give me a mini tour about unit and information about stay and contacts. One minor slip up, unfortunately taxi was not at airport to pick me up as supposed to. I used the phone outside the terminal to contact Marcus and then just got a regular cab to the property. Staff was very apologetic about mix up. When I needed a taxi for my early morning departure, they arranged it and was complimentary to make up for earlier mix up. This was very much appreciated.

Gutes Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Nach langer Reise mit Segelboot war das Hotel die erste Adresse auf Grenada. Zimmer war sauber und groß. Schnelles Internet sowie kostenfreie Waschmachine und Trockner. Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals war sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt abseits, direkt neben einer Bootswerft. Umgebung ist entsprechend laut. Hat man hier sein Boot für längere Reparaturarbeiten oder nach längeter Bootstour, um sich zu sortieten, Wäsche zu waschen etc. ist dies ein idealer Aufenthaltsort. Für längere Urlaube eher ungeeignet, da zu abseits. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Würde jederzeit hier wieder buchen.
