Turn Day: Saturday Welcome to Tip-Sea Turtle! This single-level 3-bedroom, 2 bath vacation home is located in the West Gulf Beaches area of St. George Island. Tip-Sea Turtle features a wrap around driveway, covered entry, large covered wrap around deck, private pool, outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, and park-style grill. The interior of Tip-Sea Turtle is spacious and features hard surface flooring, a mix of tile and LVT. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area features comfortable seating, well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large dining table to enjoy family meals around! The master bedroom features a king bed with en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed and shares the second bathroom with standard shower/tub combo with the bunk bedroom which features 4 single beds. All of the bedrooms have their own access to the deck. BEDS: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 single bunks AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, tile floors throughout main area, luxury vinyl plank floors in bedrooms, large covered wrap-around porches, extra-large pool deck with pergola and plenty of loungers and cozy seating, fish cleaning station with sink, outdoor shower, charcoal park style grill, concrete under house parking, and half circle drive for additional parking. PRIVATE POOL PET FRIENDLY: (2 Dogs Only, under 35lbs. each) A $75 Non-Refundable Pet Fee is required per dog.
