The ground floor welcomes you with a covered foyer equipped with a convenient spare fridge and provides access to all floors via the elevator. On the first floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and a standard shower/tub combo. The first bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds and the third bedroom includes a queen bed. Additionally, this floor offers a laundry room, two rollaway beds and a covered deck that spans the width of the home. The second floor features an open concept living space with a well stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar that seats four. The dining area boasts a wooden table that seats up to eight, while the living area offers comfortable seating and a TV for entertainment.
