Cozy cottage in very quiet neighborhood is nestled at the waters edge of Apalachicola Bay. Features include; 2 bedrooms and Loft, 2 full bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, private dock and much more. I'm glad I went to the dollar store , there were very limited paper products and no seasonings , salt and pepper. I think the beds could use an update, they were not very comfortable. Sunsets were gorgeus. Enough space for 4 adults comfortably but the loft A/C needs replaced if someone was staying on that level (rusted unit). A bench or chairs on the dock would be a nice addition. House is just older and needs attention, would I stay here again yes but not for 1600+ dollars for a week . I’d go somewhere else first . ##### Daniel E. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much. Had a few plumbing issues but they were fixed the next day. We enjoyed the fishing and being right on the bay. We had an amazing view and it was very relaxing. Wish the washer and dryer was on the main floor but thankful we had one. The living room has a fantastic view of Apalachicola Bay and from the deck there is a wonderful view of the sunset. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, beds were comfortable and the furniture in good repair and relaxing-ready. Very minor complaints were that all dishes/utensils are to be clean upon departure ( no problem) but while there was a sponge and dish towel provided along with only two tablets for dishwasher there was no dish soap and also no coffee filters for the coffee maker so we had to dash to the store before it closed for the holiday. Hard to understand why those low-cost items were not available. All-in-all we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. ##### Colin H. Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2022 ---
