Welcome to BEACH FOAM BABY, formerly known as Tip' Sea. This delightful new construction, four-bedroom home is a show-stopper, with all the bells and whistles to ensure your family has a fabulous vacation! The home features beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a bright and airy kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless appliances, all new furniture, d�cor and bedding throughout. The home is all one level, making it perfect for extended family groups of all ages. There are two beachside Master suites with king beds, en-suite bathrooms and access to the expansive beachside porch equipped with plenty of comfortable seating. The other Master suite, has a king bed and it's own private bathroom on the backside of the home. Across from this is the kid�s bunk room with 2 single bunk beds shares the bathroom in the hall, as well as the laundry room.
Beach Foam Baby has an extensive outdoor living space with an exceptional pool area, and tucked just under the house, featuring outdoor loungers, outdoor sofa and additional cozy seating, a picnic table, Ping Pong table, Foos ball, and last but not least Corn Hole games, it even has an outdoor TV!
This spectacular home also has a gate to a private boardwalk, off the back of the pool area, to take you to the beach path. Don�t miss your opportunity to stay in this stunning new island gem!
