Welcome to "BEACH BEAUTY"! This beautiful St. George Plantation home has access to the community amenities which include nature trails, bicycle paths, tennis courts, pickle ball court, fitness center and two community pools. The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, covered entry, a private swimming pool, enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, park-style grill, covered picnic table and a community boardwalk leading directly to the beach. The first and second floors feature wrap around decks with the third floor featuring a private balcony. The elevator serves the ground, first and second floors. The first floor features a bunkbed room, queen bedroom and a king suite. The bunkbed room and queen bedroom share a bathroom with stand-up shower. The king suite features a TV, direct access to the covered deck and an en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. The second floor features the open concept living and dining area which offers dazzling views from the panoramic windows. You will find lots of seating for family and friends, a TV, queen sleeper sofa, and direct deck access. The third floor features the master king suite with a TV, private balcony, en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
