Welcome to Aboard the Katie Leigh! This charming beachfront cottage offers breathtaking Gulf views and a prime location in the heart of St. George Island, just steps from your favorite restaurants, shops, the lighthouse, park, and ice cream spots. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 8 guests, this home is perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.  
  
The first floor features two spacious bedroom suites and a convenient laundry room. The first suite includes a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second suite offers a king bed, direct access to a covered deck and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.  
  
Upstairs, the second floor boasts an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, all with stunning Gulf views. The living room provides comfortable seating and direct access to a covered deck, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. A large dining table seats six, with an additional breakfast table for four. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.  
  
The third floor is home to the third bedroom, which features a queen bed and built-in twin beds arranged end-to-end, making it an ideal space for families or groups.  
  
Outside, you'll find covered decks on the first and second floors, plus a ground-level sun deck with seating and an outdoor shower. A charcoal park-style grill is available for outdoor cooking. A private boardwalk leads you to a sandy path and the pristine white shores of the Gulf, making beach access effortless.
