Safe location. Easy beach access. Common condo property very well maintained and clean. The property management is very responsive. Our one bedroom condo unit had a great view of the ocean, and high table and chairs to sit out on the small deck. The unit was clean, and nicely decorated. The couch cushions were a little worn from sitting; overall, the furniture was is good shape. I am a lighter sleeper, and occasionally, I could hear the person in the next unit snoring - used earplugs and it was fine. Bed mattress is in good shape, although on the softer side - we prefer a firmer mattress. We cooked the majority of our meals in the condo, and everything we needed was there. The refrigerator made a loud noise during our entire stay - a bit irritating when trying to watch television or play music. According to the repair man who came to take a look at it, the refrigerator works fine, although to stop the noise, it needs to be replaced; as there was nothing he could do to stop the noise.
