This home affords you spacious living and dining areas, hardwood floors, and a beautiful open kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A double-sided fireplace between the dining room and den as well as a 48 inch LG OLED flat screen TV with DVD player in the den. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own flat screen TV, with streaming capabilities. A Pack n Play and a high chair are also available upon request. Step out onto your large outdoor deck to watch the sunrise over the gulf or the starry skies at days end. There is a large screened porch with outdoor speakers and dining table that seats 6 to take in the beautiful sunsets while enjoying a meal with family and friends. Elevator is accessible from ground level and services all floors to facilitate off-loading of those groceries and suitcases. To further enhance your stay, you also have a lovely screen enclosed private pool tucked away in the lush landscaping for added privacy! Not to mention that you are a short walk from the Plantation Clubhouse with its large community pools, tennis courts and fitness center.

Perfect getaway!

We canceled plan after plan with Covid and really wanted to get away. Remembering how spread out the groups were at the beach in St George we decided to take the chance and go. Worst case scenario we would just spend our time at the house pool. The home is minimally decorated but it was a blessing- even with seven of us it never felt cluttered or messy. The large table was great for family dinners (both indoors and out) and the large front deck is the perfect spot for drinking coffee in the mornings or cocktails at night. It’s such a short walk to the beach. We are used to having to have a wagon so it was nice to not actually need it. The boardwalk is about twenty steps from the driveway- so easy to run back up for lunch or anything you may need. Bikes were delivered the first day and it was so fun to ride around with minimal traffic.
