Whip up a tasty meal in the well-equipped kitchen with both a 12 cup drip coffee maker and single cup Keurig, complete with stainless steel appliances and large food pantry. Gather around the dining bar for a feast with family and friends or eat outdoors on the gated, covered deck overlooking the spacious backyard with a peek-a-view of the Gulf of Mexico! A full-size washer/dryer is located just past the kitchen. The King Master suite offers a large, walk-in-closet, private bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower combination, and access to the covered deck. Opposite the King Master suite, is a Queen bedroom which also shares access to the covered deck, the 2nd full bathroom w/ combination tub/shower and the bunk bedroom. We also had fun riding the golf cart through the quiet neighborhood streets to explore the bay. The agency was easily accessible, and quick to respond, the one time I reached out about the sunshade for the pool. (Which had been taken down bc of the hurricane, not bc it was neglected to be hung). The homeowner was kind enough to stop by and hang the sunshade over the pool for us. Reviewer Comments: We spent 7 lovely days here. 4 adults and 3 children. The house is very well equipped and made our stay perfect. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pics and the yard area is beautiful. Super quick walk or drive to beach or bay access. The down stairs screened area is perfect and the outside bathroom was amazing. The house was very clean overall, and we enjoyed the artsy extras like the totem and driftwood. My only recommendation would be to provide more bath towels and washcloths. We had I think 6 towels between 5 adults and I was never 100% who had used which towel so it made for frequent wash loads. But that is such a tiny complaint compared to the many other nice touches. The weather was beautiful our entire stay so I’d say my MOST favorite area was the back porch where we ate most of our meals. It was so relaxing for our much-needed family time. ##### LeighAnn C.
