Decorated in the colors of sand and sea, the open living area on the first floor features rustic textures and modern hues that blend perfectly. Covered porches invite you to enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf. Quartz counters in the open kitchen are a perfect complement to the glass tile backsplash and highlight the home?s clean lines. The large dining table seats 12 with additional seating at the kitchen island. The main living area boasts a large smart TV, comfortable seating, a lovely powder room and gorgeous views of the beach and Gulf. All 5 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, smart TV's and are decorated in hues of muted grey and white furthering the serenity. There are 3 king suites, 1 queen suite and a bunk room suite that sleeps 4. A morning kitchen on the upper floor is equipped with a coffee maker and small refrigerator. The private pool with spacious deck and under house entertaining area make for wonderful memories. A fabulous dune overwalk, an enclosed outdoor shower, a park style grill and ample parking complete the ground level. This home highlights the simplicity and splendor of coastal living.
