Super Pet Friendly. Steps to the beach w the access path right off the back boardwalk. Rooftop deck with dining table, lounge chairs, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and even a glimpse of the ocean. Less than a mile from restaurants, lighthouse, shopping and groceries. Ground level house so no climbing stairs. Two full bedrooms plus a daybed. One and a half bathrooms plus great private outside shower and rinse off shower station. Screened in back porch with couch, chairs and TV. Ample closet space for dog crates, pack n play or whatever you’re bringing to the beach. Also included are a gas grill, fish cleaning table, HEPA ionizing air filters in each room, filtered kitchen water and ice, and washer/dryer. Pets are not just welcome but encouraged. Backyard is huge, fully fenced and even comes with a doggy pool. So, everyone gets to play. More than two dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. For the adults we have ping pong, giant Jenga, Connect four, cornhole and more. The size of the house and the updates were great. We especially appreciated the water filter in the kitchen and on the shower. We felt clean after showering, not like we showered in the ocean. It is the little things that make a stay enjoyable. The kitchen was well appointed. I cooked every night and had everything I needed. We loved the backyard. It was huge for a beach house. It is a neat old school Florida beach house that has been updated beautifully. The owners (Chuck and Christina) have thought of everything you could need and are very responsive. The outside fenced area is a unique on SGI and great for dogs. We especially liked the screened back porch for shade in the day and the upstairs deck/seating area for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the cool of the evening. Highly recommend. ##### steve j. The property can sleep up to 8 with 2 bedrooms. Great amenities for family fun indoors and outdoors. Has ample of indoor space with 4 tvs, tons of board games, and a super cool spacious fenced in beach oriented backyard. Outside one can sit and watch tv in the fan cooled outdoor screen in patio, tan it up upstairs on the sun patio and/or beach it up in their spacious sand filled backyard where you can grill, play beach games, hang out by fire pit, chill out under the umbrella tables or take a nap in the hammock under the shady palm trees. Just a 2 minute walk to the ocean, this beach retreat will have you “howling” to return again soon. Thanks C&C for your communication before, during and after our stay. The outdoor shower was ideal for cleaning up after each day of fishing. So many amenities also. There was a large backyard filled with activities for small kids, not us but need to bring the grandkids here sometime! Walking distance to beach and everything you could possibly need. I asked the owners several times during our stay and got an immediate response. Can’t say enough things about the owners! Hopefully we’ll be back sometime soon. ##### Kathy P. Loved the rooftop deck for early morning coffee. Dog couch protectors were placed on already. Very soft towels. Also the location was perfect. It was away from the “downtown” area which was perfect for us. We loved how the next group of people on the beach were soooo far away. It was a private feel to it. Also love how there aren’t high rises on the island. Loved how close it was to the beach. ##### Elizabeth G. We knew, just as soon as we arrived, we’d want to book again in the future. As if the backyard wasn’t amazing enough, the rest of the house was cute & cozy, too. Chuck & Christina seriously thought of everything. The best part was, though, we got to bring our dog and she was in absolute heaven! Would totally recommend this place! ##### Brani L.
