"I will start with the positives -- which were numerous -- the house is gorgeous and well appointed. The elevator was a big help -- in arriving and packing up, as well as for more mature guests who had a challenge with the stairs. The location is great -- right on the beach, which is a quick walk away. We received great check-in information and it went off without a hitch. The kitchen facilities were great -- everything we needed was there except for the food. There was a wine/beverage frig in the same area and a mini frig on the top floor in the separate living area. "Cannot say a nice thing about the second party company that manages this property! They were awful! The property owner was the best! The couple of hiccups we had he completely solved or absolutely did his best! The house! Spacious! Beautiful decor! Beachy feel throughout! Large rooms! Plenty of space for the 7 of us. The pool was so wonderful. Was cleaned during out stay as is done 2 times a week. She was pleasant and done quickly! Will definitely be back!"
