Requested a discount on rental fees in light of this (Spring break for kids, wouldn’t have gotten this house if no heat in pool) and my request was denied. We were only able to use it one day due to how cold it was. Pool was also very dirty, had to clean bugs and junk out of water ourselves when we arrived. Unfortunate because location was great, view amazing, but lack of empathy and communication re pool issue means we won’t use this house or rental company again. ##### Beth P.
