Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach. Unfortunately, golf carts are not allowed on E Gulf Street unless they are street legal LSV (low speed vehicle). This is a nonsmoking property and absolutely no parties allowed\~ \*\*FYI: Please note this is a 3-level townhouse\*\* CHECK IN @4PM CHECK OUT @10AM \*\*BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Due to insurance and local association guidelines, the primary renter must be at least 25 y/o. If you book under false pretenses, you will be asked to leave with no refund. A government approved ID submission will be required to ensure that it matches the person placing the booking. There will be a rental agreement emailed to you after booking. Failure to sign the rental agreement within 72 hours will result in cancellation of the booking. A security deposit hold is required to book our beach house that takes effect before arrival. Private access to the beach inspite of being in a condo was a big hit for us. The home was very well decorated and so well stocked with not just pots and pans but a lot of condiments and coffee!! My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! The home was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they could possibly need—seriously, nothing was overlooked, and the Infinity Game Table was a huge hit with everyone! The location and views were unbeatable. We had a completely unobstructed view of the beach from the living room, master bedroom, and both decks. Being just steps from the door made it so easy to run back in if someone needed a break or forgot something. Even with lots of units on the property, it somehow still felt peaceful, private, and quiet—except for the sound of the waves, which you can even hear from the master bedroom (heaven!). Kristine was a wonderful host. She provided detailed, thoughtful information about the house and the area and messaged us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She was kind, responsive, and super helpful throughout. Truly, I have zero complaints.
