Loved being all on one floor! It was a convenient distance to the beach. There was plenty of parking for boats and trailers. The carpet with couch with tv was a favorite. The kids enjoyed the game room with pool table, as well. Bedrooms are a bit small and no where to put clothes unless hangup. Such a nice big fridge, yet the two icemakers didn't work well at all.
