The dock provides the utmost convenience to boaters with deep-water access that leads to blue water in minutes. Whether you enjoy fishing or not, this home is the place for you. The tranquil views from the home provide serenity to all. The stunning views of the bay are enchanting, especially at sunset.  
  
The house is located centrally on the island, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The home is a cozy retreat. The open concept living area opens up to a delightful, covered porch.
