Community Pool! This stunning 3-level beach house offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and Apalachicola Bay, and is directly across the street from a wooden boardwalk providing access to the award-winning beaches of St George Island. Both the first and second levels feature outdoor sitting areas. The community pool with both open and covered spaces is the perfect spot for lounging in the chaise lounges by the pool and basking in the sun. After a day by the pool or the beach, the private outdoor shower with hot and cold water is a perfect way to rinse off! You’ll wake-up to this lovely light and bright bedroom with a king bed on the first level and Gulf-facing views with sliding doors leading out to a balcony. This bedroom features a private bathroom with double vanity with matching mirrors and tub/shower combination. The luxury continues in this second king master bedroom with Gulf-facing views and leading out from sliding glass doors to the first-floor balcony. Tasteful touches in this bedroom feature the elegant wooden king bed, 2 nightstands, oversized chair, designer armoire with TV, closet and ceiling fan. The private bathroom has a double vanity, separate enclosed private toilet area, and luxurious tub and a separate walk-in shower! Relax and unwind in this cozy master bedroom with king bed, two nightstands, and a lovely wicker chair. There is a separate dresser and mirror, ceiling fan and flat screen TV.
