Your group will enjoy the sunset views and the advantage of being on a top level suite. Underground parking provides 2 parking stalls, for personal convenience and protection from the weather. The resort clubhouse has indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, as well as basketball and tennis courts and a workout room. A second resort amenities area has another outdoor pool, with waterslide, lazy river, wading area, pool sports court, picnic area, and multiple gas fire pit seating areas. All of these are freely available for your use with this unit. This is one of the best vacation rentals in the St. George area. Condo is just average nothing special or fancy. We were there less than 24 hrs. Only needed a place to rest a few hrs. It mentions, if you have mobility issues there are only stairs. Warning there is really no elevator or ADA access to this unit. If you have luggage, anything to carry, children, or any mobility issue this is not the unit for you. Unit is clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the community pool and use of the washing machine. A closet of games and selection of DVD’s kept everyone happy. We would stay here again! ##### Jessica S. The condo is spacious and in great condition, and the owners engaged and easy to work with. The location makes it ideal to head many directions to explore. The pool area is beautiful and quiet and it was nice to not be at a crowded complex. You do look out on the interstate, but it's still beautiful to look out on the red rocks across the valley.
