The location is convenient for those wanting to use the clubhouse/pool area. The patio had plenty of chairs & a table for outdoor dinning. The beds & furniture were very comfortable. The main bedroom & one front bedroom had minimal privacy at night since the shades were see through. The one front bedroom window shade let street light into the room making it very difficult to sleep. The kitchen was very well stocked. the refrigerator was large but the icemaker did not work. The garage was large and very clean. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener for the car instead of having to get out & go through the house to open the garage door from inside. I would 100% recommend this unit with out exception. It was 10-12 minutes from anything in ST George and a 40-45 minute easy drive to Zion. Communication with owner was great as well.
