Our Sunshine Retreat in Paradise

The health and safety of our guests, and employees is our number one priority. Our unit has Google Nest keyless entry for safety and an entry code that is customized for each rental. The home has hand sanitizer and clorox wipes so that you can make sure that you are safe while staying with us.

Our Kitchen is supplied with amenities to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Basic cookware, serveware, glass ware, cutlery, utensils, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent are provided. With the outdoor grill and patio table, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. In our kitchen we also supply a griddle, waffle iron, crock pot, mixing bowls, coffee maker and more.

Our newly re-decorated Bedrooms have brand new bedding and linens. Clean comforters, pillows, blankets and sheets are available on each bed. We have a queen air mattress and a pack ‘n play. In the bathrooms you will find complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. Pool towels are provided and stored in the laundry room. We provide a washing machine, dryer and complimentary detergent if you need to rewash the towels. You will also find an ironing board, and iron.

Each Master Suite and the family room have Smart TV’s which are connected to YouTube TV or you can mirror your phone, tablet or PC to them. You also have access to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu Accounts.

Our Garage has 1 garage opener. There is a ping pong table, paddles and balls, pool floats, Big Joe Alligator pool float, football, and ice chest.

Paradise Village has provided two Pool Areas. One with a two-tier pool with a natural rock water-slide. The other is an awesome water park with a lazy river. Both areas have 20-person Hot Tub. There is a lawn area by the clubhouse and & fitness center. Walking, running and biking trails are everywhere. RV & boat parking is available in two areas. Access to Archie Gubler Park which includes pickleball, sand volleyball courts, a playground, basketball courts and more is directly behind us.

Guest access
You will have full access to Sunshine retreat and all of the amenities and toys in it. You will also have full access to everything the community offers. There is a Kids Cove which includes: water slides, splash pool, lazy river, and a 20 person hot tub and a snack shack. There is also a community clubhouse, exercise room and dual pool with another 20 person hot tub.

Other things to note
A new grocery store (Harmon's) was recently built and is within a 5 minute walk. It offers everything you will need for your stay to create your own meals, as well as ready-to-eat complete dinners, boxed lunches, party trays and a variety of other catering options. It also has a salad bar, gelato bar, pharmacy, bakery and even a cooking school.

Next to the Harmon's are 2 other restaurants; Capriotti's and Cafe Rio.

We had a great time and loved this property. Excellent hosts with quick response times for all questions. We had kids of all ages (6 years to 23 years) with us and everyone loved our stay. Perfect for a Zion focused vacation or a day trip to Grand Canyon north rim or just seeing the sites around St. George! Would love to go back!

We had a great time during our stay at the Sunshine Retreat. We had 8 adults and 4 kids which was perfect for this location. It was centrally located and the home was in great shape with very nice amenities. Hosts were excellent and communicated very well and were super responsive. Loved this retreat and we'll be coming back!

Our family of 9, ages 1 to 65, loved the house, the layout, the neighborhood and pools! The parents with the two kids ages 1 & 2 had one end of the house and the rest had the other, which worked out really well. The massive sofa was fun for all. The house was perfectly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. We plan to come again!

Eat Sleep Play was a great vacation rental for our family. Plenty of room that was well decorated and clean! Great communication with the property manager. Staying in Vacation Village is always a fun time and the location of this home with a new furniture was great! We loved the new big sofa! This home was incredibly comfortable for multiple family members. Two ensuites made taking my 80 year old mom a pleasure, as she had both room and privacy. We enjoyed the well furnished kitchen and had breakfast at home for our stay. The house in quite tastefully decorated but cozy at the same time. Its a great placecto stay for visiting Tuachan, Snow Canyon, or the local St George area. We will be back…

I have stayed in paradise village for a week each year for eight years. This is the best home I’ve stayed by far. It’s plenty big but single story so you don’t have to deal with all the stairs. Living room and couch are perfect for hanging out and has plenty of room for everyone! This is real winner!

Had a mini family reunion of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. This property was perfect! Extremely spacious, room for everyone to sleep in an actual bed - not a sofa bed. Room for everyone to sit at the dining room table! Room for everyone to sit and watch movies in the living room! Host was extremely responsive to any questions both before and during the stay and very accommodating. The house had everything we needed and was as described. Near main roads and a short walk to both pools but very quiet neighborhood where the house was. Both pool areas were great for kids and adults. Would definately stay here again!

The property was nice and well equipped with what we needed. It had a great blender and fun games to play. The beds were all in great shape. It was clean and fresh smelling. The kitchen was well stocked and had lots of seating. The only things we could possibly complain about were the fan in the bunk bed room made a funny clicking noise and the ice maker wouldn't work to dispense on a whole cube of ice. It only came out crushed and made a giant mess.

Our family enjoyed the home very much. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with kitchen tools and accessories. We used the waffle maker, crock pot, toaster oven, stove and oven. All were clean and ready to use. I would also like to give a special shoutout for having a great vegetable peeler and potato masher. I typically bring my own with me because places rarely have them but I forgot this weekend and lo and behold, you had them! We super appreciated the labels in the cupboards and drawers helping us put all the dishes in the correct spots when we unloaded the dishwasher. The kids loved the x-box and games in the garage. The adults loved visiting around the big dining room table. Thank you again for a fun weekend, excited to come back when its not raining buckets so we can use the grill and pool.
