Vacation villa Grain de Folie is a beautiful single-story house built in Saint-Barts’ typical architectural style. All around the property, lush tropical gardens create a relaxing, vegetal atmosphere. The air-conditioned large living room and the modern well-equipped kitchen open onto the outside to enjoy the gentle natural breeze. The living room is furnished with a beautiful leather sofa and has a home cinema system for movie nights, close to the formal indoor dining room. You may prefer to enjoy your meals grilled on the gas barbecue around the alfresco dining areas located behind the kitchen and under the gazebo, watching the amazing ocean view.

The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and the harbour. There is a lovely swimming pool area on the deck set up with loungers for delightful sunbathing sessions. A lovely gazebo features the outdoor dining area for delightful moments in St. Barths’ mild air, facing the sumptuous sunsets. The terrace and the house are nestled in a lush tropical garden planted with palm trees, shrubs and orchids.
