We have been to St Barths 15 times and only stay at different villas. This was our third time staying at this property and we will be back again. The property it self is a great location to downtown and close to the airport. It is extremely private sitting directly on the beach with access. It has a great pool over looking the ocean with different outdoor seating areas to drink your coffee in the morning or just lounge around the pool and read a book. The kitchen is fully stocked if you decide to cook but there are sooo many amazing restaurants, we only used the kitchen to store drinks and snacks. Stephanie kept our house clean and beds made throughout our trip AND I can’t say enough about the quick communication with the owner/host. I never had to wait long to get a response and any slight issues were taken care of immediately. All three of our stays have been perfect. One can not swim at the house and the pool was very very cold asked to warm it up which eventually happened, also asked about beach chairs they had them, thus presenting them at the start would be very helpful.as well as having an inviting pool would help alot.. Taxi's OMG painful, try to plan ahead as they are few , in demand and over requested,,,they should give more permits for better service..even when they say you will have a ride it did not happen... island very beautiful and restaurants very good and expensive as well.... ##### GEORGE P. We loved everything about the house. Quiet location, but close enough to everything. Jennifer came to greet us and showed us the house. She was great all week. We rented a car which was necessary but great to have. We got to see all of the island which was so nice. Being the last week of August lots of things were closed or closing but it was nice and peaceful. I’d definitely recommend to family and friends. ##### Tracy C.
